Job Description

The role of a Technical Consultant is multifaceted, requiring individuals to work closely with clients to understand their business goals and technical needs.

Key responsibilities include defining scalable technical solutions through collaboration with clients, participating in discovery sessions, and providing expert guidance on integration architecture and best practices.

This position involves supporting project teams with day-to-day tactical planning and execution, as well as assisting in customer change management and enablement throughout the implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, and client-facing delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Web Services and REST API integrations, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Proven ability in gathering and managing business/technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, Salesforce development, enterprise applications, and SSO/OAuth protocols.
