About the Role

As a Pricing Strategist, you will be responsible for helping businesses develop competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. Your key objective will be to analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Price opportunities across verticals and geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support stakeholders in preparing customized financial solutions for clients, providing in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models, and projected profitability.
  • Conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and derive methods to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids.
  • Develop innovative solutions to help the sales team present robust and attractive propositions to clients.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Gross Profit Margin.
  • Total Revenue.
  • Number of deals.
  • Accounts with a positive or negative margin.
  • Sales Per Person.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred educational qualifications: MBA Finance/CA with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Preferred work experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in a FP&A or Pricing role for a BPO industry.
