We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant. As a key member of our Microsoft practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business transformation through our cutting-edge ERP solutions.

Job Description

As a Functional Consultant, you will advise clients on implementing and managing their ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to inform solution design
  • Lead/participate in ERP implementations, focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance & Trade)
  • Develop compelling solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage engagements effectively
  • Provide training, mentorship, and contribute to the development of our offerings

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ERP systems, including GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. Experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong educational background are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong functional knowledge: GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Fixed Assets
  • ERP implementation/project management experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent)
  • Microsoft certification preferred
  • Travel readiness
