ERP Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and processes, as well as expertise in implementing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution designs that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Evaluate customers' business requirements and transform them into actionable plans.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  • Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.
  • Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, sales, and accounts.
  • Previous experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required.
  • Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the English language.
