Project Manager for MS Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee large-scale ERP programs, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project coordination or management. They should have a deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.

  • Coordinate and document meetings, track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks.
  • Follow up with stakeholders, escalate risks and dependencies, and ensure accountability.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and sponsors.
  3. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
