Project Lead Sought:

We are seeking an accomplished project lead to oversee the successful execution of our distributed projects.

Job Summary:

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning within stipulated timelines.
  • Design and engineering support for distributed projects including optimization of design to minimize costs.
  • Prioritize projects and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP systems.
  • Implement new ideas and technologies to add value in engineering design.
  • Coordinate with other departments including sales team, purchase team, Asset Management team, and vendors.
  • Empanel, develop and manage execution vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure ESG compliance by vendors.

 

Requirements:

  • 18-22 years of experience in project management, engineering, and design.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and meet commitments.
  • Experience in implementing new ideas and technologies.
