Workshop Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our workshop operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workshop processes. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards in safety and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of work. They will manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff, develop and implement workshop policies and procedures to improve productivity, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

In addition, they will monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, and evaluate employee performance. A strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in workshop management or a similar role.
  • Proficient in workshop management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
