Workshop Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Operations Manager to oversee our workshop operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workshop processes.

This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards in safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement workshop policies and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in workshop management or a similar role.
  • Proficient in workshop management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
