Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads through high-volume cold calling and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Use defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.
  3. Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team; manage calendars and confirmations.
  4. C.R.M Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the C.R.M in real time; maintain data hygiene.
  5. Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
  6. Scripting: Use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
  7. Collaboration: Share market feedback with Sales/Marketing to refine I.C.P, messaging, and campaigns.
  8. Reporting: Track and report on daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in lead generation/S.D.R/B.D.R or similar role.
  2. Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets.
  3. Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
  4. Solid C.R.M proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry.
  5. Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like B.A.N.T, M.E.D.D.I.C, or similar.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive.
  7. Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
