About the Role:

As a seasoned professional in business development, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

Proactively understanding clients' objectives, challenges, and requirements is crucial to identifying opportunities for our products/services to deliver value.   • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, excellent service delivery, and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to foster long-term growth and partnership with key clients in the region.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts on account performance.
  • Work closely with sales support, technical teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
