Project Manager - SAP S/4 HANA Initiatives

The role of Project Manager involves leading the delivery of SAP S/4 HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment. This position requires alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals.

This project aims to deliver streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth. Key objectives include managing risks, issues, and dependencies across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP S/4 HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Analyze system or process issues and drive structured solutions.
  • Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
