Lead Business Transformation with AI and Data Science

The role of Business Transformation Lead is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives using artificial intelligence (AI) and data science.

This position will oversee the development and implementation of large-scale transformation projects, focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data science, with experience in leading transformation initiatives and developing AI-driven solutions.

They will be responsible for aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business goals, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, billable utilization, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and customer experience metrics.

The Business Transformation Lead will also collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready deployments. Additionally, they will leverage lean six sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing large-scale transformation projects using AI and data science.
  • Aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business goals and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions and deploy them in production-ready environments.
  • Leveraging lean six sigma methodologies to improve business processes.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma black belt certification.
  • At least 12 years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), or shared services.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives and developing AI-driven solutions.

Technical skills required for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI platforms.
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
