Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead our global transformation programs. This strategic role demands hands-on expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive transformative initiatives for global enterprises.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned organization as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solution design, documentation, advisory presentations, and delivering high-quality implementation.

You will participate in pre-sales cycles, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and provide AMS support as needed. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants, conduct performance feedback, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and industry events/webinars.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
  • Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  • Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
  • Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments.
  • Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design.
  • Proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs.
  • Pre-Sales experience: RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.
