Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Workshop Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our flagship workshops.

About the Role
  • As Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshops, ensuring seamless customer experiences and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • You will drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for workshop efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing team members, guiding them in their roles, and mentoring them to achieve high performance standards.
  • You will also be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely delivery of scooters with high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Furthermore, you will oversee warehouse operations in the city, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse.
  • You will be administratively responsible for the premises of Ather in the city, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead a team of workshop staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop KPIs, focusing on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Collaborate with other teams, such as central warehouse and customer support, to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  5. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and effective delivery of scooters.
  6. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and facility maintenance.
