We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Workshop Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our flagship workshops.
About the Role- As Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshops, ensuring seamless customer experiences and delivering exceptional service standards.
- You will drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for workshop efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Your responsibilities will include managing team members, guiding them in their roles, and mentoring them to achieve high performance standards.
- You will also be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely delivery of scooters with high customer satisfaction levels.
- Furthermore, you will oversee warehouse operations in the city, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse.
- You will be administratively responsible for the premises of Ather in the city, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance.
- Manage and lead a team of workshop staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop KPIs, focusing on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as central warehouse and customer support, to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and effective delivery of scooters.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and facility maintenance.
