- A Hospitality Manager oversees the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across various properties. They are responsible for developing and implementing hospitality standards, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of excellent service.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience & Resident Engagement: Ensure top-tier guest/resident experience by providing concierge services, clubhouse operations, visitor handling, and complaint redressal.">
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and implement SOPs for front desk operations, move-in/move-out processes, visitor management, service requests, and ensure compliance through audits and training.">
- Vendor & Facility Coordination: Coordinate with vendors providing hospitality services like valet, concierge, café, housekeeping, laundry, and work closely with the Facility Management team for seamless coordination of soft services.">
- Training & Grooming: Train site staff in hospitality etiquette, grooming, soft skills, and communication, and conduct periodic refreshers and workshops on customer-centric behavior.">
- Multi-site Oversight & Audits: Visit each site regularly to monitor hospitality standards, conduct site-wise audits to evaluate service quality, staff conduct, and feedback implementation, and maintain a hospitality performance dashboard across projects.">
- Complaint & Feedback Management: Set up a streamlined feedback collection mechanism, personally handle escalated complaints or grievances, and ensure client satisfaction.">
- Branding & Aesthetics: Maintain consistent visual aesthetics and branding in common areas, ensure branding aligns with the real estate company's image of luxury/premium/service excellence, and enhance the overall property appearance.">
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.">
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Hospitality Management.">
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs, train staff, and maintain high-quality service standards.">
- Familiarity with vendor coordination, facility management, and budgeting.">
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.">
