Delivering Impact through Agile Governance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support Agile delivery processes, with a focus on ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across digital assets.

This role involves collaborating with Scrum teams to monitor sprint performance, maintain compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps.

  • Agile Governance Support:
  • Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives aligned with governance policies.
  • Tracking and Reporting Key Metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to leadership.
  • Delivery Standards and Best Practices across product teams.
  • Scrum Master Collaboration:
  • Supporting Backlog Hygiene and Sprint Readiness with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
  • Cross-team Dependencies and Risks or Blockers to Delivery.
  • Azure DevOps Management:
  • Monitoring Work Item Lifecycle in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
  • Maintaining Dashboards, Reports, and Documentation for Sprints and Delivery Governance.
  • Ensuring Teams Use ADO Boards and Automation Features Effectively.
  • Internal Asset Oversight:
  • Tracking Lifecycle and Usage of Internally Developed Platforms/Products.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, QA, and Product Teams for Governance and Compliance.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identifying Opportunities for Enhanced Agile Processes through Automation, Tooling, or Updated Frameworks.
  • Conducting Periodic Retrospectives for Governance Enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
