Job Overview:

As a highly skilled Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining database solutions that meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and data integrity.
  • Design and implement database architecture, including storage, security, and backup strategies.
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and queries to improve database performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs.
Key Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent.
  • Practical experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with CDC for real-time data sync and basic knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.
  • Proficient in Performance/Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
  • Strong Knowledge of backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and DB maintenance on production support.
  • Experience with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends).
