Senior Risk Management Professional

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing a robust risk management framework across credit, operational, and regulatory domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM) that aligns with strategic business objectives.
  • Define risk appetite in line with corporate goals and ensure it is communicated effectively to stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and implement early warning systems to mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure adherence to credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and scorecards.
  • Collaborate with compliance, audit, operations, and technology teams on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Present periodic risk reviews to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in risk functions within NBFCs or Banks.
  • Strong understanding of credit underwriting, analytics, stress testing, and regulatory reporting.
  • Preferrably holds an MBA/CA/CFA/FRM qualification.
