Key Account Manager- OEM Job Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

The incumbent will oversee the P&L of OEM business, encompassing volume, receivables, contract management, and business growth.

With 8-12 years of experience, you will be expected to conceptualize and implement business strategies for OEMs & Direct Sales Business.

  1. Develop and submit monthly and annual business plans on time.
  2. Manage General Merchandise Volume (GMVC) performance at each account and product level, ensuring profitability and meeting GMVC targets.
  3. Built strong business relationships with OEMs and identify new genuine oil tie-ups as per devised strategy.
  4. Maintain detailed account mapping, including contact matrices, opportunity lists, and timely updates.
  5. Apply consultative and benefit-selling skills to drive sales growth.
  6. Stay updated on market information and competitor activities related to OEM business.
  7. Identify future market requirements and suggest changes or additions.
  8. Conduct training and activities at key customers targeting multiple stakeholders.
  9. Ensure seamless supply of products, timely response to OEM queries/concerns, and collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
