Main Responsibilities:

  • Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.
  • Ensure timely execution with a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
