AI Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and scaling our entire testing philosophy using the power of AI.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up intelligent systems for AI-powered testing
  • Designing and running test cases at scale using AI tools like GPT-based agents
  • Manual and exploratory testing to spot edge cases and experience breaks
  • Building repeatable testing frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or custom setups using JavaScript
  • Vetting test cases to catch technical bugs and UX mismatches
  • Owning the release quality of products from a user and business perspective
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to feed insights into product improvements

To succeed in this role, you should have high judgment, agency, and technical fundamentals. You should be comfortable with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have a bonus if you've used Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or custom-built test scripts before.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in any of QA, product ops, growth ops, or generalist tech roles, or is a smart self-taught candidate who can prove they've built/tested things.
