Description:
A Quality Assurance Specialist is a senior role that involves leading quality assurance initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining expert-level knowledge of assigned products and services, monitoring customer issue trends, and leading daily team huddles. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting coaching and feedback sessions, managing follow-up actions, and reviewing and analyzing reports.
