Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of our integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans for critical workflows, including order-to-cash, inventory, and financial processes in NetSuite, as well as lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases in Salesforce.
  • Integration Testing: Verify real-time data syncs between systems, debug API failures, and audit error logs.
  • Defect Management: Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce, screenshots/API payloads, and severity (P0-P3), track resolution SLAs, and retest fixes.
  • Automation & Tools: Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing, use Celigo's built-in debugger to validate integration of jobs, and leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure GDPR/SOC2 compliance in data handling, maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.
  • Testing Tools: Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, Playwright/Rest Assured, Jira/Xray.
  • Platform-Specific Knowledge: NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, Celigo, Certifications like NetSuite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Admin, Celigo iPaaS, ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL).

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset: Isolate defects in complex multi-system environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with dev team, business analysts, and PMs.
  • Proactive: Flag risks before production deploys.

Performance Metrics:

  • Defect Escape Rate: Less than 5% to production.
  • Test Coverage: Greater than 85% of critical workflows.
  • Regression Test Runtime: Optimized via automation.
