Job Title:

">Strategic Campaign Director

To drive the success of our clients' creative campaigns, we seek a seasoned Strategic Campaign Director with expertise in leveraging social platforms as broadcast media or narrowcast to design engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise. This role requires collaboration with our team to continually improve strategy direction and recommended programs and tactics.

  • Analyzing Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to develop unique, differentiated insights.
  • Creating an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as a springboard for our creative team.
  • Preparing and presenting visual presentations with sharp POV & riveting narrative.
  • Translating business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyzing available insights and defining overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Defining advertising pressure to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges, and budget limitations.
  • Participating in new business pitches as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights.
  • Passionate about the fast-evolving social/digital media environment.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms or partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
