Job Overview:

As an Associate Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities in programmatic campaign management.

  • Lead a team of specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop client-centric strategies, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving business growth.
  • Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
  • Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
  • Leverage expertise in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize measurement platforms and analytics tools to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to best practices.

Responsibilities include media planning and programmatic deals. Qualifications include experience in programmatic campaign management, team leadership, and expertise in DSPs and measurement platforms. Strong client management and analytical skills are required.
