We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Creative Director to spearhead our creative initiatives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovative campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business-driven creative strategies.
- Lead high-performing teams to create engaging experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Socio-politically informed and up-to-date with pop culture.
- Avid consumer of copy and content.
- Proven experience in team management skills and accountability.
- Effective planning of creative solutions and campaign strategy.
- Collaboration with Business Development to develop interactive strategies and presentations.
- Researching and monitoring industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Through proactive ideation, building client rapport and creative leadership.
