Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Performance Management
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
    • Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address these gaps.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building
    • Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure transparency and open dialogue between employees, management, and HR.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and make necessary adjustments to improve overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
