  • Present reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions.
