Job Title: CRE Mortgage Leader

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of analysts in commercial real estate lending operations. Your expertise in leadership, finance, and credit analysis will be instrumental in driving collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management
  • Oversee a team of analysts processing loan applications and credit documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Monitor and review team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and lending criteria.
  • Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission.
  • Support the use of systems to monitor loan applications through approval.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a single point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and facilitate process alignment discussions.
  • Ensure transparent communication between teams.
Compliance & Risk
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder departments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and client-specific policies.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working with international banking clients.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRE lending and compliance.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
