Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of procedures and processes through knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Evaluate operational activities against procedural requirements, including document review, indexing, and other tasks.
  • Achieve or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and more.
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
  • Exceptional command of the English language, with proficiency in spoken and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to US shift time zones, specifically 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
