Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive business growth and excellence in mortgage delivery. This key role will be responsible for driving consistent delivery of mortgage targets, achieving planned revenue growth, and controlling cost of acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive consistent delivery of mortgage targets for defined regions as per the annual operating plan
  • Drive consistent and balanced delivery of Open market and Self-Sourcing mortgage targets
  • Achieve planned revenue growth and product profitability
  • Control/lower cost of acquisition within mandated cost guidelines
  • Optimize sourcing mix to focus on profitable segments
  • Enhance cross-sell (add-ons, balance transfer, insurance)
  • Generate higher yields from the new sourced portfolio
  • Lower delinquency/write-offs and losses arising from fraud
  • Improve process efficiency e.g. reduction in discrepancies
  • Increase the bank's distribution capabilities and ensure active participation in marketing activities involving corporate work site events, residential housing societies, mall sourcing etc.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
