Brief Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to assume a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and law, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing financial facility agreements and related documents.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence of properties which the company intends to mortgage.
  • Providing expert legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.
  • To provide insight on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.


Requirements:

  • A Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Post Qualification Experience:Experience in the finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector,with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.


Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both reading and writing).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
