Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives across the organization.

This role will partner with business leaders to optimize financial performance, support long-term strategic growth, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership
  • Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Post qualification 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools
