Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Strategy:
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform strategic decisions
    • Advise senior leaders on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business growth
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee daily accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes
    • Ensure statutory regulations are met for GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax
    • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity
  • Procurement & Cost Control:
    • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments
    • Implement cost control measures across supply chains and manufacturing units
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews
  • Systems & Process Improvement:
    • Recommend and implement financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
  • 5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, and Tally/SAP
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, proactive approach, strong communication
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills
