We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our partnerships with medium and large enterprises, driving the adoption of our salary account offerings, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
About the Role- Sourcing and onboarding new corporate partners for salary account partnerships
- Driving end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to agreement signing and employee onboarding
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with HR and finance decision-makers at partner companies
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employees of partner companies, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues
- Cross-selling financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and investments to salary account holders
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 1-7 years of experience in corporate sales, salary accounts, or relationship management in banking or fintech
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Proven ability to build and manage high-level relationships
- Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales closures
- High ownership mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable with on-site engagement activities
- Familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners
- Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances
