Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading brokerage firms in India.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian financial markets and a proven track record of building successful partnerships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue through partnerships.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
  • Identify and acquire new partners to expand our network.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partnership onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our trading solutions and value propositions.
  • Regularly analyze partner performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
 Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and partnership operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions
