
Strategic Banking Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Partnership Specialist to drive strategic growth and development through collaborative alliances with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
- Evaluate the alignment of partner businesses with ours and assess risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks through regular communication and clear expectations.
- Negotiate agreements that ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives by identifying and implementing joint opportunities with partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform partnership decisions.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, preferably with Banks, Payment Networks, Fintech companies, or Mobile and Consumer Durable OEM companies.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth using data-driven approaches.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing market conditions.
- Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
- High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Able to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take the lead.
- Strong communication skills to influence across various levels of the organization.
