Key Role: Regional Sales Director
Job Title:Regional Sales Director Enterprise Sales Specialist
Job Overview:The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy for our SaaS solution in key regions, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Market expansion: Spearhead growth initiatives into high-value sectors, focusing on large enterprise clients in India.
- Revenue acceleration: Drive YoY ARR increase through a robust sales process, strategic relationship management, and market intelligence.
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on clear market segmentation, streamlined sales cycles, and accelerated revenue realization.
- Team leadership: Foster a collaborative environment to lead a multifunctional team, providing clear direction focused on closing deals through strategic consulting, value-based solutions, and deep domain expertise.
Essential qualifications include:
- Education: Engineering degree or MBA.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS Product, with a strong background in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and track record of achieving 100% targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capable of influencing executive-level decision-making.
