Key Responsibilities:

- Convert inbound leads into successful partnerships through strategic follow-up and compelling outbound outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious targets while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams and share valuable insights that elevate everyone's performance.
- Monitor performance and ensure team KPIs & targets are met.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
- Analyze and report sales metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Ensure synchronized team productivity and collaboration.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, progress, and conversions.
- Transform inbound leads into successful partnerships through strategic follow-up and compelling outbound outreach.
- Partner with internal teams and share insights that enhance everyone's performance.
- Coach, mentor, and boost team motivation.
- Consistently achieve ambitious targets while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
- Resolve client queries with tailored, impactful solutions.
- Identify and implement strategies for new client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience in EdTech/Inside Sales is essential.
- Proven leadership experience in the education industry.
- Strong command of English (verbal & written).
- Excellent client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Quick learner, solution-focused, and energetic.
