At the heart of our organization lies a strong belief in fostering meaningful relationships with our clients. As a Sales Compensation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming inbound leads into successful partnerships through strategic follow-up and compelling outbound outreach.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in EdTech/Inside Sales experience, coupled with a strong command of English (verbal & written) and proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.

The position requires the ability to monitor performance, ensure team KPIs & targets are met, and manage client relationships with professionalism & care. Additionally, you will analyze and report sales metrics (daily/weekly/monthly), utilizing CRM tools to track leads, progress, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for converting inbound leads into profitable partnerships
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal teams to share insights that elevate everyone's performance
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with set KPIs & targets
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on building trust and fostering long-term collaborations
