
Revenue Strategist

A revenue strategist is needed to drive pricing and forecasting across our expanding boutique hotel portfolio.
- Pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization for multiple properties
- Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify opportunities and implement rate updates
This high-impact position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. You will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to shape and implement revenue strategies that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the revenue management strategy across multiple boutique hotel properties
- Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
- Use Cloudbeds to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
- Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
- Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions
- Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
- Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
- Hands-on experience with OTAs and a dynamic pricing tool
- Familiarity with Cloudbeds or similar property management systems
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
