Senior Revenue Growth Leader Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Revenue Growth Leader to spearhead the growth strategy for our Digital Agency and Tech business vertical.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can drive end-to-end revenue generation across digital services, including creative, media, digital marketing, web, app, and ODC models.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading new business pipeline development, prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and sales execution
  • Leading a small but sharp team of 3–4 members to achieve revenue targets
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and FMCG
  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with client decision makers (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Tech leaders)
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategy

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

They will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
