Oracle Financial Cloud Implementation Lead

This role requires a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect with strong hands-on background in finance and expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM modules.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end Oracle Financial Cloud implementations, facilitating client workshops to define to-be business processes, and providing expert oversight for solution design.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Financial Cloud implementations
  • Facilitate client workshops to define to-be business processes
  • Provide expert oversight for solution design, ensuring adherence to best practices in configuration and deployment
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements
  • Act as a functional SME in Oracle Fusion Tax and finance modules (AR, AP, FA, GL, CM) & PPM Modules
  • Guide business users and technical teams by providing deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Create and maintain functional documentation including Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and test scenarios
  • Support issue resolution through Oracle SRs and ensure timely communication with Oracle Support
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least 11 years of experience in Oracle Financials and 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, CM, Fusion Tax, and PPM is also essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are necessary for this position.
