Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for all recruitment functionalities, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and hiring workflows.

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to recruitment processes and access permissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring seamless end-to-end experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain integrations with external job boards and other modules, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Analyze recruitment reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and its various modules, including Recruitment Management, Learning Management, and Performance Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
