Job Overview

Our organization requires a professional to oversee the management of our workforce solutions.

This role offers a broad perspective on our operations and provides an opportunity to develop and execute reporting needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contingent workforce programs or managed service providers, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Able to operate successfully in a team environment, this individual will be responsible for ensuring internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process and quarterly and annual cost savings reporting.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset, ability to create SOPs and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment.
