We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist to drive operational efficiency and process optimization.

This role involves managing pipeline data, conducting regular hygiene checks, and maintaining a real-time dashboard for accurate and timely feeding of pipeline data. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives for software and partnerships, develop documentation, and manage databases for campaigns.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Excellence Specialist will prepare and deliver accurate reports, present performance review templates and views for various functions, and identify bottlenecks in current workflows to design highly effective processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations, be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data translation into actionable insights.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams are also essential.
