Management and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our logistics operations and contribute to process optimization.

  • This role will involve assisting in day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries, monitoring and coordinating with freelance delivery professionals and partner businesses, analyzing operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency, helping streamline customer support and issue resolution processes, working closely with the operations and tech teams to enhance logistics workflows, contributing to process documentation and performance tracking, and assisting in managing schedules, shift bookings, and fleet coordination.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Passion for logistics, operations, and process optimization.
