Director of Global Workforce Strategy

The Director of Global Workforce Strategy will lead the strategic direction of workforce planning, demand planning, and fulfillment across entities globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide workforce fulfillment framework to optimize talent utilization and enhance business performance
  • Empower talent teams to embed data-driven demand plans and leverage internal and external talent intelligence through strategic insights, and implement effective talent fulfillment modeling
  • Collaborate with sourcing, learning, and talent teams to advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development, and strategic hiring initiatives
  • Drive capability transformation through innovative approaches and best practices in workforce management strategy

This role requires a hybrid work mode. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of global workforce management trends and technologies.
