Ad Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an Ad Performance Optimization Specialist to drive success in our ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
