  • We're seeking a strategic Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google.

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop impactful ad strategies that drive measurable ROI for our clients in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid campaign strategies (Meta + Google)
  • Create comprehensive TOF/MOF/BOF funnel approaches aligned with client objectives
  • Implement audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting
  • Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC and make daily optimizations
  • Collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & angles
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actions
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
